One of the founding precepts of Alexys was the delivery of exceptional service and support. Consequently, a priority for the company was the recruitment and training of what is now arguably the number one service and technical support team within the Australian RAC industry.
Recently the Alexys service and technical support team had a bonding day at the local Lane Cove Golf Club.
Kon Halias, Alexys’ Senior Project manager, and event organiser commented: “It was fantastic to be able to bring the team together for this day, as their direct interaction with each other throughout the year is fairly limited due to the nature of their roles within Alexys necessitating mostly onsite and remote activities”
The game was played with two groups under the Ambrose rules, a very popular format that allows golfers of all standards to play together with equal enjoyment irrespective of ability. It also helps to promote teamwork as only one score is recorded per group per hole.
Many of these individuals are well known to Alexys customers, as they are essentially the backbone of Alexys, these are the guys that provide the 24/7 industry support.
